Synopsis : Sarathi(N.T.Rama Rao) is a sincere person who never encourages an illegal activity. He works with an Government office where he never accepted any bribe and did not encourage any one to take bribe. Dayanand (Nagabhushanam) is a very cruel person who kills people for money. But he is well know as a social worker in the city. Sarathi comes to know about Dayanand and his cruel activities and tries to disclose it to the people. But Srinivas Rao (Dhulipala), Sarathi's brother doesn't know Dayanand's activities and he fights with Sarathi and removes him from the house. Sarathi is now in a helpless condition. He had no job and no home. At this time Jayalaxmi comes to his rescue. She takes him to their area and arranges a house for him. Being with the people, Sarathi comes to know their problems which are always ignored by the offiers and he starts a revolt for their basic rights.
